In order to do justice to the complexity of the clinical picture and its multifaceted range of treatments, the interdisciplinary specialist society DGfLC was founded in 2020. It has set itself the goal of illuminating the clinical picture of lipedema from many perspectives, researching and treating it from various disciplines and enabling a lively exchange between specialist colleagues.
